Using everis‘ own Change Management strategy, and supported by reference frameworks such as the Kotter Model, in order to generate the need for Change among those impacted by Cloud strategy, an active Change Management Strategic Plan is drawn up, which covers Training Plans, Communication Plans and Group Management, to ensure the success of the transformation.
